• Monitor burnout risk through intelligent scoring algorithms
• Receive personalised recommendations for work-life balance
• Analyse calendar patterns and meeting loads
• Visualize wellness trends over time

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must create an account using Google Sign-In
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BurnoutGuard only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to harm, harass, or violate others' rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• You grant us a license to use your data to provide our services

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may suspend service for maintenance or updates
• We are not liable for service interruptions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
